Crynodeb
The post will work across a number of teams including The Preparing for Adulthood Team, Drug and Alcohol Team, Entrenched Rough Sleeping Team, Sensory Team, and Emergency Duty Service, and will have direct responsibility for the supervision of the Team Managers of these teams and also chairing The Integrated Transition Allocation and Referral Panel, The Complex Needs Reassurance Hub, and The Complex Needs Enhanced Risk Management Forum.
Key to this role is driving up the quality of assessment and support planning, whilst ensuring people who live risky lives are safe. The post holder will work with the team to identify gaps in provision and work with partners across, health, education, children’s and commissioning to co-produce options.
The post holder will actively seek evidence and research based practice to imbed this into the everyday working of the team. The Complex Needs Team do things differently and are not afraid of change and challenge to ensure the approach for the citizens we support.
