The governors and Headteacher of this successful, happy school wish to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our committed team. The post will initially be in Key Stage 2 but candidates should be prepared to work across both Key Stages
We are looking for a motivated, suitably qualified (at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent) and dedicated individual, who will work alongside the team to raise standards of achievement and meet individual pupilsandrsquo; needs.

The successful candidate will be:
A high-quality practitioner with high expectations for all children.
Able to support the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
Able to plan for group work with teacher support and have good literacy and numeracy skills
An effective communicator, who is willing to work in collaboration with colleagues
Willing to participate fully in whole school life.
