Title: Stock Administrator / Customer Service Advisor The Best Connection Group - Manchester are currently recruiting a Stock Controller / Customer Service agent for our client, a market Leader in Trafford
Rate:
£12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5 PM Some flexibility available. Location: Trafford Are you looking for a rewarding role with a well-established company? We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our Cleints team as a Stock Controller / Customer Service Key Responsibilities: Report directly to senior teams to support daily operations Take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy Resolve customer disputes in a professional manner Prepare documentation for the Picking team to ensure smooth operations Process invoices and credits efficiently Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels Maintain daily stock counts and manage month-end reporting Update and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Order stock from suppliers What Were Looking For: Ideally, experience with the Paragon system (but not essential) Previous experience in stock control Strong PC literacy with confidence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Exceptional customer service skills and experience in both internal and external communications A confident communicator, with the ability to liaise across teams Someone looking for an ongoing role who can comfortably commute to Trafford If you have the skills and are ready to take on a dynamic role, wed love to hear from you!

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
