Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Manchester office as an Office Administrator / Front of House. This role is varied and hands-on, offering the opportunity to support site security, compliance processes, office management, and general administrative duties. Full training will be provided for specific processes, so no prior experience in all areas is required.
Location: Manchester M2 6LW
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Rate: £13.50 per hour (PAYE)
Duration: Approx 6 - 8 Weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Site Security: Sign in visitors, register contractors, assign employee and temporary visitor passes.
Process Management: Support contractors onsite processes and complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks including fire extinguishers, floor boxes, monthly water temperature checks, first aid boxes, and grab bags. Full training provided.
Ordering & Stock Monitoring: Manage office refreshments orders and monitor stock levels.
Compliance: Monitor expiry dates on compliance trackers and update relevant paperwork. Full training provided.
Email Management: Monitor Manchester office inboxes.
Office Visits: Adhoc trips to our Salford office to check post and refreshments.
Office Upkeep: Maintain general tidiness, report any broken items, and support the smooth running of the office environment.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain BS Clearance prior to starting. This will require providing the following:
A basic DBS check
A full 5-year employment history (any gaps in employment must be supported with a professional or character reference)
Copies of relevant education certificates
