The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join the hardworking and caring staff at Whittaker Moss Primary School.
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent experience of covering class in the absence of teachers
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and relevant qualifications
- Be able to model standard English
- Have high expectations of pupil’s achievement
- Be a team player
- Be driven by the needs of children
- Have the ability to work in partnership with pupils, and governors and communicate effectively with staff
- Be creative in devising activities for all abilities
- Lead intervention groups and keep records of progress
