Responsibilities
Provide expert social work services to children and families in diverse settings.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Supervise and mentor junior social workers, providing guidance and support in case management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Advocate for children's rights and access to necessary services and resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case information and interactions with families.
Conduct regular follow-ups and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or higher, with relevant licensure or certification.
Proven experience working with children and adolescents in a social work capacity.
Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and collaborate with professionals.
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Commitment to continuing professional development and staying informed about best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £28.87
