Pay Scale Spt 3-5 £27,729 - £28,521 Pro Rata - Required for September 2025This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to join our school office team. Our school values of Commitment, Courage and Love sit at the heart of our school and support us in ‘Enabling all to Flourish’. St. Paul’s is a one form entry school on the outskirts of Kingston with a passion for promoting a love of learning and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our most recent Ofsted (January 2022) confirmed that the school continues to be ‘Good’ and our most recent SIAMS (November 2022) led to an ‘Excellent’ judgement. Both visits highlighted that St Paul’s has a strong community feel, where staff feel valued. We are looking to appoint someone with energy, enthusiasm and a creative approach to teaching in order to ensure that our pupils continue to benefit from an increasingly exciting and enriched curriculum. • a positive, friendly and attractive work environment.Key responsibilities: • to work as part of the school’s office team, including as a first aider;
• to undertake the role of ‘Attendance Officer’;
• to coordinate the production of the fortnightly school newsletter;
• to coordinate the regular update of the school’s website – including news stories and dates;
• to coordinate termly SEN meetings for the SENCO.The ideal candidate will: • demonstrate an ability to affirm and develop the Christian ethos of the school.
• understand the importance and promote the principles of inclusion.
• Have good communications skills.
• have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• have excellent attention to detail.
• have the ability to use IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software (some knowledge of Google packages preferable).
• have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues.
• have an understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
