Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and organising project documentation, including drawings, and correspondence ensuring they are up to date and accessible
Assisting in preparing and distributing project-related communications, such as meeting minutes, reports, and notices
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduling and coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and updating action logs
Inputting of project data into relevant systems and databases.
Assisting in quality assurance processes and documentation.

The Apprenticeship Standard 

This is a level 3 apprenticeship, which means that on its completion you will have an industry recognised qualification as well as valuable practical experience.

Business administrator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education

SRM's chosen programme is delivered by Lakes College.

Your profile

At Sir Robert McAlpine typically, we look for the below:

Have a passion for problem solving
Be interested in construction, engineering and the latest technology
Work experience (desirable) 
Please note that due to the nature of our sites applicants must be over 18
The Apprenticeship course entry requirements are as follows; 

Maths and English GSCE at Grade 4+ (or equivalent)
