Wesser are recruiting for Residential Fundraisers to work on behalf of St John Ambulance to support their lifesaving work.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in an emotionally and financially rewarding industry. While relevant experience is welcome, we provide full and individually tailored training so no fundraising experience is necessary to be successful.
What we offer:
Guaranteed basic pay £13.50 per hour
Fully employed permanent position (NOT self employed)
Full industry leading training
Daily and weekly bonuses (on top of basic pay)
Loyalty bonuses (stay longer, earn more)
Weekly pay (every Monday)
Progression opportunities
Fixed hours (30 hours per week - 11am-6pm Mon-Fri)
The Role:
You’ll be travelling to new residential areas each day to engage members of the public at home and inspire them to make a regular direct debit donation to St John Ambulance. By covering 150-200 homes per day, you’ll be aiming to get 3 or more supporters on board per day.

You:
No experience is needed, as full, industry leading training is provided, but it’s essential that you are:
A natural communicator
Passionate about charity
Hardworking and reliable
Positive and resilient
Happy to travel within your area (travel to fundraising locations covered)
Able to work Mon-Fri, 11am-6pm
If you’ve worked in sales, customer service or hospitality, you already have the transferrable skills to be a great fundraiser.
