The Assistant Capital Programme Manager post will be part of the team that will oversee the delivery of Hull’s capital regeneration programme. More than £400m will be invested in the city over the next five years.
We are seeking candidates with strong programme and project management skills and experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to drive forward inward investment and place-making opportunities.
You will be working with other teams across the Council and external consultants to ensure that projects are delivered to time, quality and budget.
In line with Hull’s Community Plan and the Council’s ambition to deliver cleaner, safer and healthier communities, our regeneration programme comprises of a diverse range of projects. These include city centre schemes, school improvement/expansion, cutting-edge green initiatives, major highways improvements and projects in local communities.
The Assistant Capital Programme Manager will lead on development and delivery of activity in the Heritage Team, working on the prestigious Hull Maritime programme, and City Centre & Neighbourhoods delivery teams respectively.
