Crynodeb
Level 8 Tower is the regional hub for complex vascular surgery, You will regularly take charge of the 37 bedded vascular ward and take responsibility for ensuring the coordination and direct provision of a high standard of holistic, patient centred care by assessing nursing care and health education needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for each patient. You will provide an effective, safe environment of care for individual patients, their relatives and carers. The post holder will initiate and undertake/supervise specific projects/ audits related to the professional development of nursing, monitoring standards of care and acting as an agent for change in achieving a culture that is flexible and responds positively to the demands and future development of the vascular service.
