We make amazing award-winning beers and spirits from our home in Southwold, have some great shops across the region and operate some stunning pubs and hotels. We understand the value of every customer and work hard to deliver amazing service in a time of exciting innovation and digital transformation.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will:
be enthusiastic and interested in supporting the cleanliness and efficiency of a professional kitchen.
be able to work on your own
be happy to work in a bustling fast paced environment and be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Duties will include:
To assist in providing a food offering by helping with food preparation to the highest standards and consistently.
Ensuring the kitchen working environment, pot wash area and all practices meet our 5-star hygiene rating.
Working with the Front of House team, interacting with our lovely guests with a smile whilst running food to tables and assisting with the communication between the Front and Back of House teams.
Washing up by hand, operating the dishwasher and making sure all our crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment is cleaned to a high standard.
Training will be provided to include the level 2 food hygiene certificate.
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
