Our well-established GP practice in North Manchester, serving approximately 14,000 patients, is seeking a motivated Nursing Associate to join our collaborative team. The Role: As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care under the supervision of our experienced nursing team. Your responsibilities will include: Performing routine health checks and assessments. Administering vaccinations and medications as per protocol. Managing long-term conditions under the direction of the nursing team. Taking blood samples and other clinical observations. Educating patients on health promotion and self-management. Assisting in the sexual health clinic, and performing smears once trained Contributing to the smooth running of clinics and supporting the wider practice team. Allocated administration time to support your role. About You: Ideally, you will have previous experience working as a Nursing Associate within primary care. However, we highly value transferable skills and a strong commitment to learning. If you are a compassionate and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we are willing to invest in your training and development. Why Join Us?
