Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
(Full-time, permanent position)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Position Summary
They looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead our quality function, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement. This is a key leadership role within the business, shaping the future of quality at Parker Precision.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the Quality Management System to maintain ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100 Rev D accreditations.
* Lead internal and external audits, acting as primary point of contact.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality throughout the business.
* Analyse quality performance data and report on KPIs.
* Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Support engineering and production teams in integrating quality throughout the manufacturing process.
* Manage and mentor a small quality team.
* Maintain calibration of inspection equipment and tools.
* Monitor and assess supplier quality; conduct audits when necessary.

Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in a quality management role within precision engineering or a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D standards.
* Background in CNC machining and familiarity with aerospace or medical regulations is a strong advantage.
* Skilled in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
* Confident leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
