What skills and experience we're looking for
Manor Lodge Community Primary School is a richly diverse city school with happy and enthusiastic children, a dedicated staff team, supportive parents/carers and a committed governing body. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and promotes all members of the school community in ‘Learning for Life-Aiming High’.
The school serves a diverse community in the south east of the city. Sheffield South East Trust (SSET) formed in 2016 and unites six local primary schools. The schools within the Trust work closely together for the benefit of the children and communities they serve. There are many opportunities for support, training and networking between the schools.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our committed and caring whole school team.
What the school offers its staff
In return the School and Trust can offer enthusiastic and motivated pupils who want to learn and achieve, alongside hardworking, dedicated and supportive staff and governors.
The postholder will be required to work 32.5 hours per week.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and the Police Act Regulations.
