The successful candidate will:
• Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
• Be welcoming and professional when managing the centre
• Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
• Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
