The successful candidate will help develop and implement the Council’s statutory duty to provide a Scheme of Assistance; providing expert professional advice related to the improvement of private sector house condition and major adaptations. The role will contribute to the development of the Council’s Local Housing Strategy and will develop, plan and embed relevant initiatives required by the service.
