Role Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join our Facilities Team. Working along side an existing team of Facility Coordinators your main responsibility will be to line manager and over see the day to day running of the facilities operation. From implementing and overseeing the cleaning function across an array of council properties to supporting the Janitorial, Caretaking and School Crossing patrol services within a given area.

This role can be fast paced and demanding, flexibility is essential as is a 'can do' attitude. This position is 35hrs per week, start and finish time may vary due to service need and their is a requirement for you to manage your own time and schedule accordingly. Experience in line managing a large diverse group of front line staff is highly recommended for this post as well as the ability to adapt to change.
