Location: Home-based (with regular travel to sites)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

About the Role
The Compleat Food Group is undergoing a major digital transformation, implementing Infor CloudSuite across its UK factory
network.

We are looking for a driven and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead this complex, multi-site deployment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of our
systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Infor CloudSuite ERP system across multiple factory sites
* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
* Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
* Oversee site readiness, go-live planning, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
* Monitor progress, report on status, and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Drive user engagement, change management, and adoption of the new system

Working Pattern
This is a home-based role, but travel is a key requirement. The initial focus will be on Midlands-based sites, and candidates
should expect to be on-site around 50% of the time. Travel to multiple factory locations is essential to the success of this role.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects, ideally including Infor CloudSuite or similar (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
* Strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or complex operational environments
* Experience managing multi-site rollouts, particularly in factory or production settings
* Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Skilled in project planning tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
* Strong vendor management, budgeting, and risk mitigation skills
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Desirable

* Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
* Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance
* Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
* Background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
