As a Mandatory trainer (Safeguarding specialism), you'll be part of our valued team covering Bath and North East Somerset and Wiltshire area (occasional national cover to meet the needs of the service). Previous registration as a nurse, midwife, social worker, or similar (current registration not essential). Confident in training delivery, with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative approach. This role would suit someone who has spent a career protecting and empowering vulnerable people and now wants to support others to do the same.
