We have an opportunity for a Highway Engineer to join our multi discipline workforce at Align Property Services.
As Highway Engineer, you will use surveys, feasibility and technical reports to produce design schedules, review and amend design drawings and deliver projects in time and on budget. We are looking for those who can collaborate effectively and efficiently with our team of Engineers and Technicians on Infrastructure project work to develop and enhance roads in North Yorkshire and beyond.
With your experience of Highway Engineering and infrastructure projects, you will be on hand to provide advice to other members of the team. To be successful in this position, you will have:
A ONC / HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Working knowledge of relevant UK standards, adoptable standards and building regulations
Experience in the conceptual and detailed design of infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage and highway features
Knowledge in preparing detailed designs and specifications using PDS and/or Civils 3D, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage etc
