Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and caring individual to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.
We are looking for people that want to make a difference in someone’s life. We provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training. We are constantly looking to develop our staff and provide them with the opportunities to become experts within their fields. We offer a career not just a job!
Bare Hall Quality Carers provide a person-centred service to clients within a scheme. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Support Worker may involve personal care, night time observations if needed, medication and support to clients with Autism and Asperges, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties. All person specific training will be given before starting as well as paid shadow shifts.
We are looking Support Worker who is interested in learning or expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in the above is not required but having knowledge around these things will serve as an advantage. You do not need to drive for the role although it is desirable, it is more important that you have the right values and want to help make a difference to someone's life. You will be based in one building and there are opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep in shifts. This will be discuss with you at interview.

Due to the needs of the role we require all of our support workers to be over 18. The shift pattern is predominately waking nights however overtime will be available for suitable candidates, the right candidates must have some flexibility.
