As an Agile Delivery Manager at DWP Digital, you’ll:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services from start to end.
- Be a leader in removing blockers, creating the right environment, and helping your team succeed.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and self-sufficiency.
- Promote user-centred design, applying it throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate across disciplines from engineers and designers to policy and business experts.
- Communicate clearly, manage complexity, and make things happen.
You’ll be part of a strong community of Agile Delivery Managers, sharing best practices, learning together, and supporting one another.
