Summary
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Hub Coordinator to join our London and home counties team. The central coordination hub supports Marie Curie nurses and healthcare assistants to deliver services in peoples homes across the UK, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support. The role involves: Acting as the primary point of contact for all Marie Curie services in the region. Collaborating with other senior coordinators and maintaining the efficient operation of the coordination hub. This involves liaising with clinical support teams, management staff, volunteers, referrers, local CHC teams, as well as the families and carers of patients during and after their care. Overseeing and facilitating the referral process, coordinating and scheduling care, and ensuring precise data entry into operational and clinical systems such as EMIS, and SystemOne. Job Structure: Permanent; Full time 37.5 Hours/Week; Shifts between 08:00 22:00 / 5 Days a week (Including Weekends) Salary: AFC Pay Scale Band 3: £24,625 - £25,674 annually (pro-rated) Based: Home Based - England What we are looking for: Proven experience in customer service, including answering customer questions, offering support, and ideally supervising team members to ensure customers are happy. Strong IT and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A motivated, adaptable, and dependable professional with a positive attitude. An understanding of the healthcare environment. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
