Permanent | 30 hours per week (flexible working available)

Frome Town Council is looking for an experienced and committed Facilities Manager to join our team.

Do you have substantial experience in facilities or property management? Can you communicate clearly and work well with a wide range of people? Do you understand compliance, health and safety and sustainability in property contexts? Are you practical, organised and able to manage multiple sites and suppliers? If so this job could be for you.

You’ll oversee the management and maintenance of FTC’s varied property portfolio – from the iconic Town Hall to community venues and green spaces. Working closely with colleagues, tenants, and contractors, you’ll ensure our spaces are safe, welcoming and sustainable.

Location: Office-based at Frome Town Hall and across FTC’s estate
