Are You Ready for the Challenge?

Our Foundation Maths Team works with post-16 learners who did not achieve a national benchmark in secondary school. This unique role allows us to directly tackle the barriers these learners face, employing cutting-edge pedagogy informed by years of experience, external training providers, and CPD events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills Maths teaching to post-16 learners.
- Use innovative and evidence-based approaches to engage students who may have struggled with maths in the past.
- Support learners in developing both numeracy skills and confidence to achieve their academic goals.
- Create a positive and inspiring classroom environment that fosters growth and resilience.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
