Refuse Loader- short term project
Pay rate: £14.20, per hour, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday
Job location: Oxted, RH8 area
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday - 6am-4:30pm
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for the Refuse Loader to join our successful client based in the Oxted, RH8 rea. Our client is a leader in national business waste management services.
Refuse Loader- Duties & Responsibilities
The role involves performing a various of task including manually moving domestic wheelie bins and loading of vehicle outside in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to safety and follow project timelines and complete tasks within the set deadlines.
Using a lifting mechanism to empty waste into the bin lorry
Working in the community or at a waste recycling site
Physically able to meet the demands of the job
Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility
Ability to spend a significant amount of time on your feet
Refuse Loader – Person Specification
Excellent, professional work ethic
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage.
Perform a various of task including moving bulky items and loading of vehicle outside in all weather conditions
