Job Advert

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team in our Home Improvement Agency based in
Bletchingley on a 6 month FTC basis. The role may become permanent for the successful candidate.


You will be the first point of contact for clients accessing the adaptations service. You will take new referrals, provide advice,
guidance and information to clients, colleagues and local council teams. You will be assisting in triaging and allocating cases
appropriately and visiting clients in their own homes to check works. Training will be made available, so you are then able to
assess for minor adaptations.



You will be working closely with our Case Workers, Technical Officers and other professionals in our adaptations team, to assist
with administration duties for the service and allowing the team to focus on their professional roles.

You will work in collaboration with other services provided by Surrey Council and other external bodies, to facilitate a seamless
service for all customers, whilst ensuring that the sharing of information is conducted in accordance with Millbrook’s policies
and procedures.
