✅ Sourcing & screening candidates for various roles.
✅ Conducting phone & face-to-face interviews.
✅ Managing job adverts & applications.
✅ Building strong relationships with clients & candidates.
✅ Maintaining accurate records & databases.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous recruitment or admin experience preferred.
✔️ Strong communication & organisational skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently & in a team.
✔️ Comfortable with fast-paced environments.
✔️ Driving licence & own transport preferred for client visits.
