Purpose of the Role:
To deliver high-quality technical support, servicing, and maintenance for customers post-purchase, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction across the UK. This role involves field visits, technical troubleshooting, repairs, and customer education, with a strong focus on upholding brand reputation and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of dehumidifiers for residential and commercial customers.
Offer remote troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, or video calls.
Carry out warranty and non-warranty repairs, recording all service activity accurately.
Perform product inspections, part replacements, and calibrations in line with company standards.
Document issues and escalate recurring faults or design issues to the product engineering team.
Deliver technical training and guidance to customers on product use and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time spent.
Support spare parts management, stock control, and returns processes.
Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to improve customer experience and product design.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC engineering.
Proven experience in field servicing or technical support, ideally in HVAC or appliances.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Customer-facing experience with a professional, friendly attitude.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, manuals, and mobile service software.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently across multiple UK locations when needed.

F-Gas certification or HVAC-specific training.
Experience working with refrigerant-based systems or air handling units.
Knowledge of moisture control technologies and building environments.
