The Role
Aware regarding the annual targets regarding sales revenue, number of new customers, renewal contracts rate and all other KPIs assigned by direct line manager.
Self-generate sales leads via variety of means including networking, referrals, warm and cold calling and develop a robust pipeline throughout the sales region.
Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers either from one off sales or new contracts.
Follow NCH Sales Process called “Gears of Selling,” ensuring intimate knowledge and use of the process and present NCH Europe as a credible and professional supplier of products / services.
Working with the customer to optimize systems efficiencies through innovation.
Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures and trading standards.
Account management – maintain relationship with customer post sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals ensuring confidentiality and promoting the good image of the Company
Work closely with Technical staff and development team to meet customer needs
Ensure one time in full first class customer service
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system. (CRM)
Perform service activities according to the business needs and contract terms.
Ensure adherence to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all NCH Europe Agents and Employees.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for:
Recent experience within a customer contact environment and sales and technical background
To be familiar with a B2B sales and contract business culture is advantageous (if experience then new business essential, industrial preferable)
Experience in interacting/communicating with people (face to face, on the phone) and influencing them; experience in a customer facing environment preferred
Able to demonstrate a high level of planning and prioritizing skills, to enable multiple demands to be managed effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, using tablets and ‘apps’; customer relationship management software and sales order management systems / documents is optional
Valid UK driving license
