Position: Site Supervisor

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to manage on-site works for residential properties and voids. This role ensures that health and safety standards are met, work is delivered to specification, and teams operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure operatives are working efficiently and effectively

Coordinate subcontractor and supplier works to align with job specifications and contract KPIs

Engage with residents and clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships

Ensure all works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality

Support scheduling by assisting with appointment planning in conjunction with the call centre

Complete relevant paperwork including method statements, risk assessments, and toolbox talks

Attend regular team meetings and site inspections, providing timely reports on findings

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property repairs and maintenance

Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment

A full, clean UK driving licence

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive and safety-conscious approach
