An opportunity has arisen at UHI Moray within the Administration Centre for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Assistant who can provide high quality administrative support in a busy and fast paced environment. Educated to HNC level or 3 years relevant experience working in a busy office environment, applicants should have excellent communication and people skills, will have knowledge and experience of database software and Microsoft Office packages, and will have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
The successful candidate will undertake a varied portfolio of duties, primarily focused on the administration associated with supporting the admissions/registry function of the Administration Centre, from application to registration through to graduation.
Appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
