Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and personalised assistance
-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
-Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
-Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities
-Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding expectations
-Support the team in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality
Requirements:
-Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs
-Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
-Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
-If local, own transport is essential due to the hotel’s unique coastal location
