The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a warm welcome and seamless experience, while overseeing daily operations of the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support the reception team, ensuring high standards of guest service.
-Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
-Manage daily administrative tasks, including cash handling and shift reports.
-Train and mentor team members to maintain exceptional service standards.
-Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
-Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
About You
-Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
-Proficient in front office systems and booking software.
-A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
-Knowledge of the local area or luxury hospitality is a plus.
