We are seeking a Business Development Manager, who is highly experienced within Contact Service Services and Business Process Outsourcing. The successful candidate must have a high level of knowledge of Contact Centre Technology, Customer Contact Strategies and Market Proposition. It is integral that you will have an excellent reputation and networking contacts and the ability to sell end to end solutions, including outsourced Contact Centre Solutions.
As Business Development Manager, you will implement an effective sales programme that expands on our current client base, strengthens potential new client relationships and actively seeks out other business and supplier opportunities that can drive revenue and margin.
A key responsibility of this role will be to generate and develop new business opportunities through a comprehensive sales cycle. This will include utilising a broad network of industry contacts, introducing and closing new business opportunities.
Your aim will be to build a BPO sales pipeline which will utilise G4S BPO capability in the Public Sector and look to diversify into horizontal markets, such as the Private sector. This will include but not limited to activities, such as Customer Service, Casework, Complaint Handling, Quality Assurance and back-office based functions.
You will partner with multiple internal departments to drive measurable growth results that benefit our business and will work closely with Service Delivery, Support & Enablement, Governance, Client and Bid Management functions.
