As Lead Marketing Coordinator you will support and guide our Marketing Communications team while helping deliver impactful internal and external campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in marketing communications who's ready to take on more responsibility - especially when it comes to supporting a small team, encouraging collaboration, and helping colleagues grow.
As part of the wider marketing function, you'll work closely with teams across sales, product, and international offices to ensure clear, consistent communication that supports our brand and business goals. You'll also play a key role in team coordination, helping to manage workloads, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the development and delivery of internal and external communication
initiatives that build brand awareness and consistency.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and priorities within the Marketing Communications
team, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to team members, helping them grow
and develop their skills.
- Contribute to campaign planning and execution, including product launches,
events, and brand awareness efforts.
- Help create a wide range of marketing materials, including newsletters, social
media content, videos, press releases, brochures, and case studies.
- Maintain consistency and high standards in messaging across all channels.
- Work with our international offices to ensure alignment on communication efforts
across regions.
- Support the delivery of internal communications such as employee newsletters,
noticeboards, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements based on
results
- Help uphold brand guidelines across all internal and external outputs.
- Assist in managing digital tools including websites, CMS platforms, and SEO-
related content.
- Share insights on best practices in marketing communications to improve team
effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Communications Team, offering
feedback and development support.
- Lead regular team check-ins and 1:1s to keep work aligned and encourage
continuous improvement.
We ask that you are a marketing professional with solid experience in marketing
communications and content creation. You'll have exceptional writing, editing, and
proofreading skills, and be proficient in both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and CMS platforms is essential, along with strong
organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
You will bring a keen attention to detail, a creative and solutions-focused approach, and a solid understanding of brand consistency across digital and offline
channels. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, as is the
ability to think strategically, communicate with clarity, and support others in their professional development.
Importantly, you will have experience managing or supervising others, formally or informally. This role is ideal for someone who has led a small team or supported the development of colleagues as part of their role, and is confident in guiding, coaching, and coordinating people day to day. You might currently be working as a Marketing Executive, Coordinator, or similar, with experience overseeing a small team, and you're now ready to step into a lead role where you can have a greater impact on how the team operates and grows.
