Do you have experience in manufacturing? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran.

This is a temporary ongoing position. Role can be quite manual, and work can be quite physical and repetitive.


Shifts: Shifts will involve working days, and possibly a 2-shift pattern, which involves AM/ PM rotating shifts. Flexibility is key for this contract, to support business needs.


Pay Rate: £12:21 per hour, increasing to £12:32 per hour after 12 weeks.

Overtime paid after 39 hours Monday - Friday.

Shift premium will be paid after 12 weeks if working a 2 shift pattern - AM/PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production / Packing of aerosol products.
  • Visual inspection of products, good attention to detail.
  • Working within a team and on own initiative.
  • Following work instructions.
  • Complying with all site and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Good timekeeping and punctuality

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
  • Supporting production and packaging areas
  • Achieving daily targets
