Focused Recruitment are currently seeking multiple Production Assembly Operators to join our client's manufacturing facility in the Pontypool. Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the automotive/agricultural industry, exporting high-quality products worldwide. These are Assembly-focused roles within an engineered environment.
Candidates would be required to have previous experience within a similar Assembly based role familiar working with pneumatic and hydraulic hand-held tools (ideally from an automotive, aerospace, defence, or engineered setting)
These roles are immediately available for the right candidates.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, following a 3-shift pattern consisting of days, nights & afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of safety-critical products with a focus on 100% accuracy and precision.
- Work with medium to heavy components, requiring dexterity and attention to detail.
- Use hand-held tooling systems as well as Hydraulic & Pneumatic equipment to manufacture/Assemble products.
- Conduct quality inspection checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate efficiently and meet Assembly targets to maintain a steady workflow across the assembly line.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous assembly experience, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- A solid understanding of health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- Experience working to production targets, KPIs, and adhering to production schedules ideally from an automotive, aerospace or engineered setting.
