Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de partie to join our very talented team in busy pub. The beehive in Houghton le spring. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
You must have experience in a high paced, fresh food, high volume kitchen, all meals are cooked to order and a strong ability to cope under high pressure is a must. You will be given full training on the menu By the Head chef and Sous chef, so the food is kept to a high standard.
We are a pub, but no ordinary pub.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to progress in the culinary skill ad knowledge.
We have full and part time roles available for this job.
