The Organisational Development and Learning (ODL) team is dedicated to providing flexible services that enhance the professional skills, confidence, knowledge, behaviours, and expertise of our staff, helping them reach their full potential.

We are expanding our team with either an ODL Manager or ODL Trainer who shares our commitment to learning and development.

We seek an experienced professional with strong skills in organisational development and learning, particularly in blended and online delivery. The successful candidate should have a degree or equivalent qualifications, or substantial relevant experience. For the ODL Manager role, membership in CIPD or a relevant professional body is essential.

The candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on learning and organisational development and change, with significant experience in identifying, developing, delivering, and evaluating a wide range of learning and development initiatives, activities, programs in diverse environments.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route but an individual assessment would need to be carried out if offered the role.
