Manage the restaurant’s customer service operations, taking orders in the counter, over the phone and through the delivery apps and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Train the customer service team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction both in the restaurant and delivery orders.
Resolve the customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer retention.
Manage special customer promotional campaigns for the restaurants and in the delivery apps to increase the customers footsteps
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in both restaurents and take away orders
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
