Crynodeb
As part of the UK's Resource and Waste Strategy 2018, the ambition was set to hit 65% municipal recycling by 2035. To aid this, in 2023 the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) introduced Simpler Recycling with the aim of removing confusion around what can and cannot be recycled. As it stands today, Ashfield District Council (ADC) is at 41% waste recycled, with the potential to beat 65% by 2030.
We are looking for an experienced individual who is enthusiastic about improving performance by using data and working with managers to join us as a Performance and Data Analyst within the Neighbourhood Services Team.
This individual will help the team to create a dynamic data-driven and customer focused service, supporting the implementation of Simpler Recycling and wider Neighbourhoods transformation.
