Deputise for the Performance ManagerPlan and organise complex tasks: gather requirements, produce and develop reports.Generate regular internal and external performance and activity reportsMonitor KPIs, identify underperformance risks, and help devise remedial action plansMobilise and review contract outcome reporting requirementsProvide timely performance information to services and respond to ad-hoc data requestsEnsure processes are in place to address variances in external agreements and service specificationsInterpret data, investigate anomalies, and escalate issues to the Performance ManagerSupport system configuration to capture quality and performance targets and ensure reports meet service needsPrepare in-depth performance briefings for senior management, highlighting variability and required actionsAssist in implementing new performance standards and coordinate the annual benchmarking exercise Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
