We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advocates to join the Councilandrsquo;s Customer Enabling Service?andnbsp;

Variable shift pattern.andnbsp; The successful candidates will be part of a busy Customer Enabling Service. You will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our residents and customers who are at the heart of all of our processes. You must demonstrate that you are resilient, willing to be flexible, will support colleagues and strive to deliver a service to be proud of. In exchange, youandrsquo;ll have lots of opportunity to develop and receive support and encouragement from those around you?andnbsp;

To be successful you will need to have the communication skills to relate to different people from across the community, presenting a positive, helpful approach and be comfortable working with new technology?andnbsp;
