My clients were founded in 2007. A leading provider of high-quality containment solutions, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance in controlled environments. Based in Manchester, we are a growing business with significant opportunities for career progression.

Now looking for them an experienced Quality Manger to join the very busy team. To take ownership of the quality processes and drive continuous improvement across operations. As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead the quality team and be responsible for overseeing audits, supplier quality management, and customer satisfaction.

Monday – Friday
Salary upto £45k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality processes and documentation.
• Conduct ISOQAR audits for both Almar and CAS, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards.
• Manage PCB warranties in collaboration with electrical suppliers.
• Collate, analyse, and report on quality data and key performance metrics.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform final product quality sign-off, ensuring all products meet required specifications.
• Investigate and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Oversee supplier and service non-conformances, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Complete customer questionnaires and provide updated documentation, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Line manage and develop the Quality team, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Looking For:
• Proven experience in a Quality Management role, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering or clean air sector.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Ability to interpret and analyse quality data to drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Must have experience in Root cause analysis
• Must have experience in Quality management/Quality Assurance
