Are you confident handling complex disrepair and damp & mould cases? We're looking for a sharp, solutions-focused Project Team leader lead to manage legal disrepair projects from Initial complaint to settlement.
You'll coordinate inspections, reports, contractors and case updates, all while working closely with surveyors, legal teams and complaints teams.
If you understand housing, know how to manage risk and processes, and can project manage/ lead a small team ( 2 reports)— we want to hear from you.
