Working on Reception, to book appointments and answer patient queries Answering telephone calls, message taking and recording of all patient contacts. Some filing of documents Photocopying of patient records Scanning documents Coding medical records ,after suitable training Various admin duties when suitably trained To adhere to protocols agreed by the practice, including infection control and health & safety standards. Searches of the Emis clinical computer system, for which training will be provided.
