A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Team Leader/Supervisor to join a UK known hight automated manufacturer in the Coventry Area!
With no day ever being the same the Shift Team Leader/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform hands on maintenance duties (Electrical and Mechanical) when needed across the site
- Support the engineering team and mentor junior member of the team ensuring training and compliance goals are met
- Contribute and drive-in continuous improvement into the maintenance team
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental compliances are met and adhered to on site
- Leading a team of 4 on site - man management whilst on shift
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum NVQ3 in and Engineering discipline
- CMI/ILM or similar management certificate - Highly desirable
- Proven experience with hands on maintenance on automated machinery - Conveyors / Pumps / Motors / Gearboxes / Robotics / Bearings
- Experience working in an automated environment with tight schedules and in a planned and predictive maintenance environment
