Summary

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an HR Compliance Coordinator here at the University.

You will provide HR systems support to our customers, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and reliably, and that HR information is managed effectively. This role will support the recent implementation of Oracle HCM.

As part of the Compliance team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be a ‘go to’ contact in all aspects of our HR data systems, particularly Oracle HCM.
  • Assisting with the daily operation of people data systems, liaising with key users, and auditing the accuracy of data input by end users.
  • Ensuring that data is managed and processed confidentially in line with organizational and legislative requirements.
  • Providing support to end users, responding to queries within agreed timeframes.
  • Participating in people data systems projects and acting as a Project Administrator for designated projects.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • previous experience in a customer focused environment,
  • possess solid IT skills, in particular MS Excel
  • have experience of using Oracle HCM
  • experience of identifying inefficiencies in HR processes
